Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% on any color service that is canceled within 48 hours. Because most of my color services take quite a bit of time, theres no guarantee that they will book in. I am aware emergencies happen, please contact me to work out a possible compromise. Any color service that is a no-call/no-show is charged 100% of their service. 15 minutes from the start of the appointment with no contact is counted as a no-show.
